A simple yet powerful reward system that we use to encourage positive behaviour in and around the academy. The VIVO points represent the real-time performance of students over time at LWS.
Students can earn their Vivos through lesson points (real-time assessment system) and extra categories;

• Helping Staff or Students
• Citizenship
• Clubs
• Effort in Lessons
• Homework
• Respect for the environment
• Teamwork
• Trip
• VLE

Students can login and check their Vivos and spend them in the shop.
Parents can request a login from vivos@lordwilson.org.uk. Parents can login and check how their child is earning and spending their vivos.
